A patchwork façade is designed by textured panels in dark gray and beige color for this residential project that is realized in eight levels, holding two apartments with terraces in its five levels.
Each flat is about 170 square meters. Its ground floor is designed for an entrance that is exteriority’s material and colors continuation. Natural elements such as water and greenery bring a milder spirit to this environment.
The two underground levels are for infrastructural facilities and communal spaces such as the Jacuzzi, gym, car parks and storage units.
