Villa-Kiani is located in Mohamad Shahr region (nearKaraj city). The site of the project has a garden of 4000 sqm of which 150 sqm has been allocated to exterior voids and semi-covered spaces.
In this project the open spaces are as important as the interiors. It is tried to eliminate the distance between the OUTSIDE and the INSIDE. Interior spaces building in different modes.
The ideas of voidand volumetric projections (alongside the front and back of the elevated volume) are through to capture and define the landscape and to create continues views toward X, Y and Z axis’s. The main spaces are organized between transparent layers extended by voids or semi-covered Balconies. The users experience the spaces between front-behind and left-right landscapes.
