The project contains a four story residential space, holding nine individual apartments
that most of them are having spatial qualities that differ from one another.
Starting in fall 2016 this project focused on creating a conversation between shared
and privet spaces.
The communal spaces define itself in a garden on the south side of the building with the
area of 323 sq. Meters. A multifunctional space for exercising and event continues itself, passing a glass divider towards a swimming pool with area of 174 sq. Meters all together with sauna and steam room.
A communal industrial kitchen and service spaces have been designed to create an efficient
communal space.
All in all, privet sector (Apartments) and the communal area (entrance, garden, gym and the
Swimming pool) are designed to make daily life more pleasant.
